Hmm... I was thinking about this the other day, while playing Ratchet and Clank ToD on my PS3. The game was effing hilarious, but I had played the Simpsons Game recently, which is as deliciously satirical as its camera is bliddy awful. Then there's the new Penny Arcade game out, which I haven't played, buy is supposedly uber funny.

Halo 3.
Sticking someone and watching them run around in a frenzied panic cussing you out is funny. Splattering someone is funny because of the distance they sometimes fly. And other random crap. GTA 4 is funny when you jump out of a speeding car whenever you are airborne. You get to watch yourself fly, ricochet off objects, and tumble for 60 kajillion yards. I think that Wario Ware on the Wii is pretty funny. I can't really think of any other games. Ratchet and Clank is pretty funny too.

The funniest game... hmmm... I think that is Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. After that comes The Sims 2 + Expansion pacs.

Any of the ratchet and clank game are just a laugh
and pretty much any daxter line in Jak and Daxter too. Destroy All Humans is pretty funny too, espially as you play as the invading aliens abusing the humans. |

I have to say, the WarioWare series has always made me bust a gut while playing. And the best part is that it gets even funnier when you're playing WW: Smooth Moves with a bunch of your friends and you all look like buffoons doing the absurd actions and poses.
The Paper Mario series also has some pretty good funny bone-pullers in them. I love having Bowser as a cuddly but deadly comic relief character. _________________  |

Unfortunately I've never owned it, due to it being M rated (although now that I'm older I have no doubt I'd be able to obtain it), but I got to play it alot and one of my old friend's house. I have to agree that Conker's Bad Fur Day is the funniest game ever. I mean, online games can be hilarious (When I play they are.) but for console games, Conker has it HANDS DOWN. Crapping bats ftw!

I agree with lots of people that any Ratchet and Clank game is hilarious but also, I think that Zero wing is great too. Famous for "All your base are belong to us" it makes me crack a smile every time I read the badly translated script:
In A.D. 2101 War was beginning. Captain: What happen ? Mechanic: Somebody set up us the bomb. Operator: We get signal. Captain: What ! Operator: Main screen turn on. Captain: It's you !!
