I spent the last few days watching a Corner Gas marathon. That is quite possibly my favourite show; it's really funny if you appreciate the humour. Another show that I would consider a favourite is The Office, also very funny.
A couple of shows that I watched recently and really enjoyed were Freaks and Geeks, which aired back in 1999/2000 and the British series An Idiot Abroad in which Karl Pilkington is hilarious being just himself, remaining perpetually unimpressed as he visits the wonders of the world.

I've stepped aboard the TARDIS recently, and I've been watching Doctor Who nonstop. It's actually sort of an issue since I skipped a couple of my classes just so I could lay and bed and watch it. Anyways, I made it through the New-Who stuff and now I think since Netflix has some of the Classic Who stuff, I'll watch it too.

Breaking Bad, without a doubt. It has an absolutely gripping storyline and some genius moments and cinematography. The hour is up far too fast, however. I will be very sad to see it go.
The Walking Dead is a very close second, and is the best example of the living dead I have had the pleasure of watching (Vampires and Humans notwithstanding…). It has realistic effects, without the gaudy "Pistol bursts a head like a watermelon with a cannonball shot through it at point blank" style many others in the genre seem to favor. It's all the better and more realistic because the random Georgia sheriff isn't going to find the cause or the cure, and is more concerned with survival.
Both have too short of seasons, though.
Oh, and One Piece. One Piece is the best. It's funny, and I get chills when it isn't.
