I'm surprised nobody has put the comical 'training song' in comedy/action movies. Eye of the Tiger It doesn't actually fill me with spirit, but all the movies use it for slideshow of clips music when somebodies training for a boxing match haha. I listen to weird stuff before kickboxing with my iPod, like some heavy Muse songs and some Shy Child, very groovy beat, I basically dance when I kickbox.

Alright, Good & Evil by Shy Child is a very groovy song and after listening to it before a kickboxing match, I then won the match with it in my head and I practically danced to it while fighting. I then listened to it again before another fight an hour later and I went away with Gold. In my opinion, music does motivate people. |
