Which video game character would you most like to be, what game are they from, and why? Not who is you're favourite or who you'd like to meet.
I'm not sure if this has been done before... I hope not.

I'd most like to be Jak, from the first Jak and Daxter game. The first game was definitely my favourite, even though it has no weapons or Dark Jak, because it has quite a cool storyline, Jak is an awesome character - he gets to drive the zoomer and use the Eco's (Although he doesn't get to use Dark - my favourite) and whatnot, and I love the setting/island place.

I'd probably be Nathan Hale from Resistance: Fall of Man. He's a cool semi-human life form thing that is strange, but he rules!

As of right now, I would like to be Master Chief. He is awesomness in a protective, high-tech suit of armor.

Two I would want to be, Shadow the Hedgehog or Silver the Hedgehog. Both from the Sonic the Hedgehog games. It is hard to pick between them. The both posses great speed equal to that of Soinc along with using Chaos Control, but hold their own powers two. Shadow has chaos abilities like Chaos Sphere and (my favorite) Chaos Blast. The newcomer, Silver, has psychic abilities from what I can see can levitate himself along with objects to thow them away, and a sort of paralzing shock.

My choice is, in a way, similar to Groudon King's. Although to some, it's rather obvious to what I'm about to say.

Bass.exe, from the MMBN series. Why? He has a distrust and hate for all humans; is sadistic, malicious and cruel; and possesses incredible power, enough to take down anything, or at least leave it mortally wounded. And his darkness is to die for.

I'd have to say Shadow the Hedgehog would be a good second choice, but imo he pales next to Bass.

I'm not entirely convinced that Jak can't talk - sure, Daxter says he was a Mute in Jak II, but then how could he scream when he fell down a hole? I also would like to be Gol now I think about it (also from Jak & Daxter: The Precursors Legacy) because he's the Dark Eco master-like person, AND he can levitate!!

I've thought about that many times.

I would be Red, from <s> THe Darkness Within Him</s> Pokemon Red/Fire Red. Think about it: You get to play with Pokemon, you earn a reputation for yourself as being a silent and cool legendary-weilding trainer, and finally end up as the best boss ever in the history of Pokemon games (GSC, Lv. 81 Pikachu, ftw)

Other than that, I'd probably be...Captain Bleck from the new Super Paper Mario. I know nothing about him, but the name is cool, and he looks amusing.

I think you mean Count Bleck, not Captain. Picking a character you know nothing about is pretty out there. But out of many characters he is a good choice. I have played Super Paper Mario and know about this character to give you a better idea of what he is like. He has the power to cross over dimensions. Beacuse of something his father did, he became sad and hate-filled. He gained the power of an evil book that forsees the furture so that he could wipe out all worlds and leave them in ruins. Well The Obsidian Wolf, that is a basic description of the character, Count Bleck. If you want the full story, get the game. So after hearing that, would you still want to be him?

Now I want to be him - he sounds cool!!
Actually, I'll just stick with Jak or Gol... They're even cooler

Shadow was NEVER emo. How do people think he is emo. The curse of Shadow the Hedgehog will doom you one day. Give me a good reason why you think Shadow is emo, and don't say anything about his voice. Yes the new voice of Shadow stinks, but it doesn't make him sound emo.

The term 'Emo' is used way too often. My friend dyed his hair black, and a lot of people called him an emo, even though there was nothing emo about him (except the black hair)!!

Cloud from FFVII is a good choice .

Leon from Resident evil is cool too.

And then you have to consider Illidian from WCIII/WoW.
