i cant get a trainer card

You need to have at least twenty-five (25) quality posts to be eligible for one.

Posts. Look below your avatar at the left to see how many posts you have. For instance, at this point in time, you have four posts. Posts refer to the number of times you reply or start new topics on the forums, and you need 25 of them to qualify for a Trainer Card.
