I think this is it:
Probation: broke rules and is strictly moderated for bad behavior. Not allowed to start roleplays.
Illiterate: The user has been banned for a sertain amount of time.
And for extra credit:
Fail: Has been banned forever.

If you don't know what they mean, don't post. And for the record, you're totally wrong.

Probation: User has broken rules severly or has had multiple warnings (and in rare cases was banned then unbanned). It's like a trial period. If the user on probation continues to spam and break rules, they're banned no questions asked. If they show the staff they're a decent member and don't break the rules, the probation is lifted and the user now has the same privledges as the other members, like probation never happened.

Illiterate: Was made for a certain user who didn't follow the rules because he was "illiterate." It is now given to users who show they're illiterate by breaking the rules, even though they were well aware of them before.

Fails at Life: User was banned and has done something really bad to deserve the rank.
