So what is it exactly that Team Hydro/Solar/Midnight/Psyche/Inferno do?

I have checked multiple FAQs and Help Topics and I can't find it anywhere. Anyone want to shed some light, or do I have to stay on the dark side?

The psypoke isle teams are usergroups on psypokes that u can join to talk with, answer topics and polls set by, and other general stuff with people on the team. You have to sign up, click the link that says "Usergroups" at the top of the screen. You can only be in one user group at a time, and you can only view topics in your team's forum. For example, I am a member of Team Solar currently (woot!), so I can view whats happening in Team solar, but not Team Hydro, Inferno, Midnight, or Psyche. Elite 4 and mods are exceptions, of corse.
