You mean a program? Animation Shop, I guess. If you have photoshop, it should come with Adobe Imageready, and I can show you how to animate with that. |

If you can, use photoshop, I'm not sure about Animation Shop. But with Photoshop you can play around with the dithers, colours and quality control. |

If you don't have the money for Photoshop and you don't want to get it illegaly, there are freeware image editing programs that can be used for animation as well. |

ugh yeah i used photoshop its the easiest to me i do believe but it does take awhile there was a good program i found that was free that worked well but it wasnt that good.... but i can teach u how to use photoshop just u need photoshop and a key... |
