This is probably the wrong section to ask such a question, but I'll help.

Up top, where it has your private messages, second line from the top?
3rd from the left is a choice known as Usergroups. Click on that, and it'll give you the option to join whatever group you want. They take about a week to respond, usually.

i did as u say but in the join group drop down box theres no team hydro

i joined team hydro but when i check the list of members my name is not there and i cannot even see the forums realting to the team

yeah sNOwBaLL is right ti took me at least 2 weeks to get into Hydro

i more thing like above my picture its written"bug catcher" and above yours its written "elite 4" how does that happen

That's your rank. Most ranks are acheived through number of posts, you'll move up from Bug Catcher to Pokefan, Pokemaniac, and so on. There are some special ranks, however, belonging to the moderators and administrators. They are: Gym Leader, Frontier Brain, Lite Four, and Elite Four.
