EMERALD CLOCK STOPS!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!

  won't someone help us pls??!!!! we are playing the emerald version and we are currently near in completeng pokemon available in the game....but our clock stopped!!!!! now we can't get to SHOAL CAVE to get SNORUNT...everybody said it is obtainable at low tide at a certain time but now, wih the clock stopped, what do we do???!!
PLEASE HELP US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we are tired of waiting for it to move for hours yet NO MOVEMENT happens!!! PS (we can't get WALDA laugh either...an can't find the pokemon needed for the way to MIRAGE ISLAND)...BADLY need help....
