So, I know GoldenQuagsire attempted this but it didn't quite work out right. I need all of the background white to be pure white, it's in different shades, and each colour to be pure too. Basically, make it into a PNG. Thanks people. 
Did I mention I'll give 30 Psybucks to whoever does it?

So, you want people to take a picture that's been degraded by JPG compression and magically convert it to a near-losses PNG? I believe I've found a flaw in your logic... |
