First of all, thank you for shouting and using very poor grammar. It makes you so much easier to understand.
The reason, as I understand it, that there are not shiny Emerald animations, is that the animations were screenshotted. Thus, any animation has to come from pokemon that have been caught. As this is roughly impossible to do on a regular basis (because shinies are so rare), the few that the Elite 4 may have been able to screenshot have not been added, because they can't add them all.

If you truly want to know what shiney Pokemon colors are on Emerald, just look at the Ruby/Saphire dex, compare them with FR and LG, and then compare with the new D/P dex. I also third what JsXtm said; there's no reason to do that unless you want to be an arrogant attention grabber. There's no need for that!
