You could buy them, and give business to the Psypokian artisans
You could by an art program (like Adobe Photoshop)

Avatars - Make up a little something in an art program (MS Paint for beginners), and then save it (with no white space, of course!). Then, you can go to your profile and upload it.

Trainer Cards - Ask someone who makes them. I remember something about Pokemon Pinball sprites, but I'm not sure.

Siggys - I'm afraid you'll need an art program like GIMP. Once again, ask someone who's good at it.
