For some reason, someone has sent me a private message claming he cannot post. He is capable of sending the private messages but not post, so I had to do it.

Tell him he should talk to an administrator about it, if he can only PM. A random user probably won't do him very much good.

I think whoever it is didn't confirm that they have joined, and needs to go to their e-mail and do that. That is what most forums do, anyway.

Nope, I searched for gamer guy, he's the rank with the five pokeballs. (Can't remember which one that is.)

Telling us he can't post and he can only send PMs doesn't do much good. Does he get an error message?

I can now post, but I have to press Submit two different times. Now I have another problem. The other problem is when I try to post in certain topics, it says only admimistrators can post here. An example would be the one about lightning striking a tree in the General Discussions.

I don't click it fast. I also type more than one word I think on almost everyone of my post. I click Submit once and wait for it to load. It then comes back to the same page like I pressed Preview and then I press Submit again and it says it was submitted, or whatever it says.

Apparently that's still too fast. I also tend to get this problem of the page showing me the preview instead of posting. Just try submitting a few more times and it should be okay.

Just to throw it out there, that happens to me sometimes too. I hit submit and the preview comes up instead. Sometimes I have to hit submit several times before it'll actually post.

Probably just the nature of the forum software.
