i'm quite anewbie and when i get a URL and put it on my signature when i type it doesn't show up on preivew other wise it would look silly just having the URL can someone help me?
Not entirely sure, but I suspect is has to do with BBCode. Make sure in your profile that you have selected the "yes" box next to "Always allow BBCode:" in your preferences section, and that next to the sig box it says "BBCode is ON".
Oh, and by the way; with that image and the other stuff in there, your sig is going to violate the signature rules; the image you want is too tall.

Try removing the caps from the [img ][/ img]. I'm not sure if it makes a difference but I always use lower case.
You need to have the "img src="http://tinypic.com/whatever"
I'm pretty sure you are using the wrong code when you upload. Don't use the one that says forums. Do the one that says HTML for Websites. Copy and paste that and it'll most likely work.

You had "allow BBCode code" unchecked, but I fixed it for you.
Your signature is too large though; you need to remove the icons for it to be the right height. (200px is the maximum height.)
