Can I make shiny pokemon icons through the forum features or not? Or only through the img function if I find a pic somewhere else?
If it works through the forum, pls tell me how

You mean like the pokemon icons you have in your sig right now (like these:    )? If so, then no, they only come in their regular colors.
But if that's not what you're talking about... please specify so we can help.
