The only way that someone else can 'steal' your psybucks is if you donate them to him/her.

I sold them to gr33nxsk33t just to calm him down from the trading incident. I'm just itchin for a trainer card I want at least half of the 48 psybucks I gave him, back! The only problem here is that he won't give back my psybucks!

Why do you give out all 48 psybucks if you want to keep some of it? Your Psybucks are your own responsiblity; you should have been careful to whom you want to give them to.
