E-mail error?!!?

 i got an e-mail (on yahoo) saying i had a new PM, but when i signed in, NO NEW MESSAGES!! What gives?

If someone sends you a PM, and then deletes it from their Outbox, it's gone and you can't look at it, but the email that was sent when they first sent it is already sent and so you get an email telling you you got a PM, but you don't have one when you log on to check.
