...who actually moves threads to the Lintro's Lair? How come the upload the avatar from a URL doesn't work? |

The same people who move other threads around, IE the Psypoke Staff (Gym Leaders, Frontier Brains, or Lite Fours). Because it doesn't. Is it all that difficult to download the avatar, and then upload it from your computer? No. |
