 Yes, I know how to put my avatar in the computer and everything, but when I try to download it, it says it needs to be less than 21kb and I know for a fact that the avatar that Im putting in is only 5kB. What's the problem? I would really like a response because I want to change the problem ASAP.

It may be too big, avatars can only be 75 x 75
