How do you make avatars and such stuff?

Where do you get the program to do so to?

you could do it with any program really, i use paint, because that is all I have. But the only difference between the programs is the quality. Cuz obvisously(sp?) you wont be able to do the stuff Skull Kid can do with paint.

Avatars, depends what you want in them, if you want one of a recoloured sprite or a fusion, MS Paint (windows paint) can do this easy. If you want an effective thing with moving images maybe or many mixed colours, other prgrams like Jasc PSP & Animation shop help here.

Yeah Dragon I use paint to make the Card. But to make the background I use photoshop in my web graphics class, while the teacher isn't looking :roll: .
