Reverse Sprites - Animators Please Help!

 Hey there guys and gals. Do you have an animation program? Are you good at spriting? Would you be willing to help out a fellow Psypokian?
If you answered 'Yes' to these then I love you, because I need your help. My newest product for Sentosa is near completion, but with one flaw. The animations I am using are exclusively from Pokemon Crystal. The Emerald animations are, quite frankly, a cheap load of rubbish, so I won't use them. But, sadly, this means that the members of Psypoke won't be able to get any Hoenn Pokemon.
So, I'd like you to give me a helping hand. You've heard of Advancing sprites? Well I want you to do the opposite. I'd like you to make the Hoenn sprites the same style as the Crystal ones, and animate them in the same style if possible. It should be no more than 15 frames, because that's two above what the highest number of frames I've come across in a Crystal sprite. I don't need anything too fancy, just moving, blinking, etc.
If you can help me out, please post here. I can't necessarily promise you rewards in cash, but I can guarantee the best animations a free sample of my new product when it comes.

I'm not sure if it's much help because i can't animate but i should be able to de-generate the hoenn sprites

If you can get the the individual frames, I would be more than happy to animate them for you.

Well your help has come since I read this a little late you might be done already, in about 5-7 days I can post up some Crystal sprites and they will be less than 15 frames so just be a little more patient and it will be done.Here is the best I could do.These are just examples I probaly could do better if I tried.

Somehow I think you misunderstood me. I don't need the equisting sprites, I have them, readily accesible in PE2K and of course, Psypoke's Picdex (Thanks, TK  )
I need Crystal-style sprites for the Hoenn Pokemon. The only current animations for Hoenn Region Pokemon are the Emerald ones, which quite frankly, suck majorly. I want animations of the Hoenn Generation Pokemon done in the Crystla-animation style.
Get it now?

I'm probably not quite there yet, but just to prove I can animate stuff...
Sorry the colors came out choppy, my animation program ate them.
