"Spookem" as you call it, could possibly be a ghost-type eeveelution. I especially liked how you added a simile of Darkrai's 'hair' onto its head. I also noticed the teeth. Spooky.
The Mongoose, I will say is pretty cool. It could possibly be a "5th gen" version or evolution of Zangoose in a particular way, no?
Finally, the Spikey Fella is interesting. I fully understand the movepool choices, mainly because I know who Kakashi is. I would vote more on Hydro Pump or Hydro Cannon, only because I don't like the low-power moves period.
