D laughed.

"I'm surprised Zapdos didn't give you indegestion" D said, D looked over at Lite, "Hey, be carful Lite, you don't want a weedle to sting you, do you?"

D looked up at the sky, the sun blazed down brightly and got in his eyes.

"It's nearly noon" D said "We'd better get going if we want to get to that waterfall soon"

"Nothing's in the hive because I ate it all." Lite dropped the hive. "Wait a minute...Noon? We better have to go before it gets so dark I have to walk backwards just to see."

(Yeah, it's just those six.)

"Noon? Is that it? My gosh, are you all babies and need to take a nap?" Larry huffed. "The waterfall is like, five minutes away. Come on."

"Now that's the Larry that I remember." Shard said with a laugh as he followed him to the waterfall.

((Who votes for just getting to the waterfall? I'd like to get this show on the road.))

*Raises hand Shyly*

Uh yeh sure

"Five minutes? Great, now I get to pracitce swimming. Wait, I'd drown if I tried to do that."

Lite wasn't normally this excited unless he finds something outside of where he resides.

"So, uhh what are we going to do when we get to the waterfall?"

Ty looked at the water in disgust."I hate water, what about you Shard?" He looked at Larry . "Yeah, what are we doing at the waterfall?"

Larry lowered his head. "We're at the waterfall...because...because...OK I admit it. I have no idea why we're here! I was hoping something exciting would happen, but I doubt that'll happen."

Just then something happened. The large flowing waterfall stopped flowing. Behind where the water had been flowing was a large cavern.

"Well that was convienient," Larry stated.

Shard looked at Larry. "This kind of stuff usually is for us."

With that, he entered the cave.

D looked at the cavern wonderingly.

How odd that a cave would open up just as he said it... There's got to be something more going on...

D looked closely around the entrance to the cavern. Seeing nothing he walked in.

"That's rather odd isn't it?" D remarked "Why did it just stop like that..."

D followed Shard deeper into the cave.

This is quite an interesting day

"I think someone might be expecting us..." Larry muttered, entering the cavern as well.

Lite looked up and saw a few sleeping Crobat up on the roof of the cave.

"We'd better go quietly or we'll get all of our blood sucked out...."

Suddenly the earth below them shook, the waterfall behind them began to flow again and all the bats woke and flew deeper into the cave screeching as they went.

D clapped his claws over his ears while yelling out to the others.

"What's going on!" D roared

I should've known it was a trap..

Just then a huge metal head reared itself out from the ground, right infront of Shard.

"Hello" the pokemon said digging itself up into the cave "It looks like I'm finally going to get my dinner..."

(He has good memory, don't you think S_S )

Shard looked at the head and smiled a chearful smile.

"Hey there, Regnarock. What've you been up to these past couple years?"

Lite went over to D.
"Your not going to let that thing eat me are you?"
Lite was hiding behind D as if he were a large shield that could possibly burn him if he got too far away.
"If I need any cover, you'll shield me, right?" Lite asked the Charizard.

"Don't worry Lite" D told the ampharos "We'll get rid of him soon enough"

A Steelix! This is going to be harder than Lite thinks...

"I'm assuming you know this Steelix" D asked Shard "He seems quite friendly to you..."

"Hehe, yup. Me and Ragnarock here go back to when I was a wee little charmander. I went into his cave and tried to challenge him. Man, did I get my rear end handed to me."

He then turned back to Ragnarock. "So, I guess you've had to relocate since that whole incident three years ago, huh? You know, the one that you totally forgive us for?"

"Yeah...I don't think he's forgiven us. The whole "dinner" statement might have been a hint."

Snorlax slowly marched into the cave and looked up when he saw nearly thirty feet of steel rising from the earth.

Shard smirked. "Well, a comment is a comment, but actions speak louder than words. So what is it? I just got dumped and I've been wanting to vent."

"Forgiven?" Ragnarock laughed "I'll only forgive you once your all in my stomach"

Steelix dove straight down for Shard. Trying to knock Larry down using his tail.

D backed Lite into the side of the cave and a huge flaming breath at him.

A ball of purple fire came out of Shard's mouth as he jumped back. The fire swept over Ragnarock.

"Did I forget to mention that I've learned how to use will-o-wisp?" Shard rhetorically asked.

As Lite stuck to the side of the cave he neared the battle where he actually felt safer. The steelix launched a dragon breath which missed D and hit Lite. Lite slipped into unconciousness and fell to the ground.

I can't use Blast Burn yet... I haven't got enough energy yet...

D jumped as Rangarock shot a purplish-black jet of energy at him. He heard a thump and realised Lite was out. Charz flew behind Ragnarock and shot fire at the back of his head, knowing it was Steelix's weak point.

Well I supposed this is good training, I haven't had a good battle in a while...
