Name: Clash of the Titans!!! 2.0

Genre: You are a pokemon

Setting: All over sinnoh starting north of Pastoria, near the Safari Zone (the pokemon don't use route numbers).

Backstory: The premise of the story is a clash between the 3rd and 4th generation legendaries. Kyogre and Groudon have overcome their differences and decided to wage war against the Sinnoh pokemon. Kyogre proceeds to pick a fight with Palkia, throwing the region into a state of terrible rains. Groudon and Dialga are slightly more cordial, but their thirst for new territory overcomes this, and they begin to fight as well, further screwing up the weather conditions. What's more, Rayquaza and Giratina have been disturbed, and are rampaging around Sinnoh, forcing all of the humans into evacuating to Hoenn/Johto/Kanto. Most of the pokemon are leaving as well, so it is up to the pokemon that remain (those that cannot fly, swim, or levitate) to try to stop the fight

Plot: Some of the baby pokemon are fed up with the fruitless attempts to quell the fighting, and journey out to try to end the fighting using a combination of youth and cuteness. They travel, honing their skills until the day comes when they are ready to fight.

Rules:
No godmodding
You can only use pokemon that can hatch from eggs
No mary-sues
No tm moves (you are allowed one egg move)
You start at level 8
You can use 4 moves at a time, including the egg move
You can use pokes from the 3rd and 4th gen
You are allowed to use a pokemon that evolves into one that swims/flies/levitates, but there is a nasty little surprise in store for anyone who attempts to evacuate the island after evolving...

New rule: only 2 starters from any generation
New rule 2: We will start when we have 5 accepted good guys and 3 accepted bad guys (not including mine)
New rule 3: You can use any poke, no matter which gen (08/06)

As for the bad guys, I will accept one water (or dual-water), one ground (or dual-ground), and one dual-flying type, loyal to Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza. You cannot have a poke with 2 of these types. You will start at level 16, but you won't have an egg move. There is a hierarchical system among these pokes, leader > admin > grunt. I will use a gligar in the admin position, leaving open a position for leader and 2 grunts.
