Plot: When Cipher finds a new region,they start turning themselves into pokemon and capturing and making shadow legendaries.
Meanwhile some pokemon find out and start teams to stop this, some are captured fighting and made shadow then released.The only way to cure them now is to find the Mew, Celebi, Jirachi and Manaphy, then they can stop cipher. but some pokemon found a Tablet that can release the shadow pokemon heart.
