You can't select Charly's blog using the pull down menu.
At least I can't. lol, oops. Hey I got an idea!
I don't know if you CAN program this, but if you could make a little application to own a blog. You could make it that there are a couple questions like "What is double-posting?" or other rule-related questions, and at the end you ask if they pledge to be a non-spammer, and if they do a little thing in their profile says that they pledged. If they spam, you lock down their blog and prevent them from making another. If people are desperate for their own blog, and are willing to keep that privilige to be spam-free, we could cut down on spam! We can stop global warming! 
Well...not the global warming thing  ...but ya know, less spam.

Well, when Jigglypuff decides to expand the psyblog (by making the programming easier on himself), we (as in the psypoke site - more specifically, the mods/admins) may be selling spots. Or, those with important positions/seniority (ie, those that contribute guides, those that help out a lot, etc).
