Okay this poll is of the most ou pokemon in netbattle, it will consist of all the current good pokemon that i can fit and think of. Please post an explanation as well as a vote. (For all those who dont know, ou stands for Over-Used.

I'd like to make it clearer that it is also not the one that is hardest to beat, just the one you see the most.

I think i will make another poll after this one ends, deciding the most ou of the 2 winners.

I'm going to have to go with Salamence because It is one of the THE most OU CBers.

A Team either has this or Heracross. And all teams can counter one of the two, if not both. Also, to effectively counter these pokemon..you need Type Specific pokemon. Rock and Steel pokemon can stop Mence IF YOU PREDICT CORRECTLY. Mence does carry EQ, so it CAN stop Rock and Steels. Weezing is the only Poison pokemon that can hold off Heracross. Salamence can counter Hera to an extent but they are both psychotically efficient at Choice Banding.

More often than not, however, you will see Salamence > Heracross because some people, like myself, prefer the EQ immunity and Status Weakness over the EQ resist and Guts.

id have to say blissey... i mean come on she's just a brute, especially now that people have started loading up defense EVs w/ bold nature to let it handle physical attacks in addition to pretty much completely stopping any special attacks...

I'd have to agree with Lynx for all those same reasons, though I'm not a big fan of Celebi either.

Salamence. I just seem to run into him/her every time I get on. Most of the time one Ice Beam can KO it.

Regice. Always run into the thing, and it it screws my team up. My team has been changed to take Regice in it's stride, but I still have problems. I also have problems with Gengar.

Blissey seems to be the most commonly seen Pokemon for me (even though I rarely use Netbattle). It might be my favourite Pokemon, but it's annoying when the opponent is the one using it :?

Blissey. Other(Ninjask and Jolteon) and Skarmory are close, but this thing is abused beyond belief. Without Ice Beam, Rhydon comes in and sets up on it. The reason that 101HPSubPunching is so popular is this thing. Although, this thing would be scary with just 10 more Base Defense.

I have to say Blissey. I see this thing in every other battle, but it is a thorn in the side of pretty much every special sweeper.

Blissey is just that tad bit more overused than Salam and Skarm. Even though I use a Blissey, I agrre it is painfully overused.

Blissey. skarm ive seen paired up with blis (skarmbliss), but many people use blissey alone now, for the same reasons Lynx said. Salamence, i rarely see, cause people use rayquaza a HELL of alot on me (00bers...)
instead of Salmence. Ninjask is used on BP teams but i rarely see any BP teams. regice, ive yet too see someone use it against me. celebi, most annoying thing ive ever seen.Jirachi, meh, average. Jolteon, hell yeah. Snorlax (or should i say Curselax), ive also seen alot.

I'd say Blissey, I see one every 2-3 battles. A Celebi can continuously CM while using Recover to heal from those Seismic Tosses, that is, if the opponent does't pack Ice Beam. Psychic is a 2-3 hit KO after that. And everything else your opponent throws at you more or less dies.

Of course, Boah does well against Blissey. So does Rhydon and McGengar, maybe. I saw someone's Blissey with Egg Bomb before. o_0

Lol, Egg Bomb. I think perhaps you were on a modded server. Otherwise, only an idiot would put on Egg Bomb on his Blissey.

Has anyone even bothered using a Heracross against Celebi? Megahorn=4x Super Effective AND STAB Bonus AND 120 Base power.

ye id have to agree with the majority, blissey is prob the most OU 'mon in the metagame. the fact that theres only 3 healers in the game probably explains the overuse of blissey and celebi. miltank just isnt very enticing...
