Anyone caught seriously questioning the usefulness/viability/etc. of a Choice Banded Giga Impact Blissey will be henceforth be ridiculed by the community because they don't understand jokes.

A with a Choice Band and Giga Impact? Lol! I would love it if it was an  or  with Giga Impact. Definitely, i like with Lefties or even Focus Sash, for the Counter sets.
