Mmmmk any way i am here looking for help for my Team for a BlazinKickinChicken's tourney on youtube, where Salamence and latias are allowed.

Things i want.
:I need Something to set up rocks, Take a hit and hit back latias hard.
:Something faster Then latias and KO, Which also must have access to Coverage moves for the walls that generally come in on latias or mence.
:A salamence set.
:A latias set.
:A wall to take hits from them.[I know nothing except blissey which i won't use can effectively wall Mixmence.]

What kind of Heatran , i have always wanted to use Bulky tran and they generally work but will scarf tran work? Its the only one i have.

i am using that as it is a perfect counter to latias and most steels who want to resist dragon.
