There are no TMs that start with the letters 'K' or 'M' and only one that starts with 'O'. This remains true even if you include TMs from all four Generations and allow Overheat (the 'O' TM) to be used for both 'O' slots, as there are only three moves that start with 'K' (Karate Chop, Kinesis, and Knock Off), and none of them have been featured as a TM
