Hmm, I can't vote for Rattata this round, so I'll go with:

{zubat} / {starly}

Yes, Zubat is annoying in caves, but Crobat is pretty awesome. / Meh. If I'm voting for a bird it would be Pidgey.

Taillow/Rattata

Taillow is actually a pretty decent Pokémon for a common Pokémon.

Rattata has FEAR but not much else going for it so yeah it should go...
