I noticed that the pokemon that apper in the DP locations for EV training are different than Platnium Most notably HP location, I was wondering if there was a new location that would be better.

well, what about the route right out of your hometown. the bidoof there give one hp effort point. with pokerus and a hp power item, you could EV train the hp stat in no time. and you wouldnt have to worry about being beaten since the bidoofs are a low level.
