whenever I try to post celebi in japanese, you know, s e r e b i i, (I have to put spaces) it comes up as (don't punish me) HELL!!!!!!

This is an English speaking site. Why would you need to write out a Japanese name in English characters? phpBB supports unicode, so if you really want to post something in Japanese, you can use the kana.
