When I'm at the main site there is a little pokeball that follows my cursor around. It's preventing me from clicking on anything.

That would be the Psyfari Zone - there should be a little Pokemon running across your screen too. Click the Pokemon to capture it.

To avoid frustration, the links within the menu are disabled by the Pokeball cursor until the Pokemon is caught or wanders off screen and the cursor goes away. All the other links are still enabled, it's just things like "Forums" within a menu section that don't so that people don't click through a page with a Pokemon without realizing it.

If you're not seeing the Pokemon with the Pokeball, then I'll need to know what browser and version of it you're using that so utterly fails at Javascript and I'll see if I can come up with a fix.
