In the TechDex, Smellingsalt's description is as follows: "Double the power if USER is inflicted with paralysis..." It should say if "...target/opponent is inflicted..."

And what sense does your post make, to justify the one month necromancy? =/

The point that Oraclelink is trying to make is that Smellingsalt's effect is based on the opponent or target of the move, not the user of the move. There's no need to comment further; an admin will look into this and fix this soon enough.
