I really want a Jirachi. I have a shiny Hariyama and a shiny Jigglypuff.

Actually, I already have an offer for the Hariyama.
I'm also looking for Celebi, but I wouldn't think that a shiny Jigglypuff would be good enough for that... Edit: I also have Manaphy |

the jigglypuff is fine but what nature and ivs do the manaphy have and is it UT?

The Manaphy is untouched except for it is level six because I put it in the daycare to get an egg.
It's a sassy nature, and I don't know how to tell ivs. Is the Celebi UT? |
