No but I have Raikou and am currently entei hunting, which is a real pain without mean look/block

What nature ivs of the regirocks?

the first one:
Level 41, comes from Japan through GTS
modest nature
rock throw, iron defense, superpower, ancientpower

The second one:
Level 41, comes from hoenn region via pal park
calm nature
rock throw, curse, superpower, ancientpower

Neither of them have IV's and I'd have to check the Japanese one for EV's, but I know mine does not have any


PS the game doesn't seem to let me catch suicune. I've done everything I need and it's still not at cerulean cape.

every pokemon has ivs the calm one is very tempting and check out the psypoke guide to HGSS to find out where you might have forgotten to see suicune

Hmm.. I though IV's were the breeding stats, but whatever
I checked the walkthrough, and I really know I've done everything
