I am trading anything for a speed boost Torchic

I need a speed boost Torchic for competive battles. I have a shiny accelgor up for trades.
It has no Evs and is lvl 31. I have just about any pokemon. If you want a pokemon with perfect Attack or sp. Attack or speed, tell me so I can breed the pokemon. I desperately need this torchic. |

it wont be legit, because torchic cant have speed boost.

Not in exchange for the Accelgor, though. It would be legit in V too, if you participated in that Japanese event.
