So I am trying to get a male lapras to hatch from an egg. I know that the gender is decided when you receive the egg. The problem is that I am trying to trade the egg to my second 3ds and use that 3ds for a new play through and I have hatched about 10 lapras' all female. I want male so that way when I start another new play through I can breed the pokemon I want and with the moves I want. Also this is for Crystal. Any ideas as to whats going on? Please don't tell me luck of the draw is being mean.
