So I'm trying to get better at competitive play in this game, which means actual strategery and not button mashing as I usually do. So I wanted to make a bulky dude to eat damage and spam buffs before baton-passing to one of my sweepers. Any suggestions? |

Most Baton Pass users are either better suited to passing defensive boosts or are really frail. The best 'mon I can see that matches your criteria is Togekiss, which gets Nasty Plot as an egg move and has great special bulk. Venomoth and Masquerain can pass Quiver Dance, which is amazing, but they go down more easily. Or, if you really wanna go crazy, there's always Huntail and Gorebyss for the Shell Smash. But getting that in game is difficult, as you have to get the Clamperl to level 50 for the move. Hope that helps.
