All the polls

While polls in and of themselves are not bad, a lot of them are duplicate topics. Somebody is sure to argue, "No, they're not!" but they actually are. For example, "Favorite RBYGSC Legendary," "Favorite Legendary," and "Ho-oh or Lugia?" essentially are the SAME poll. I'll give it a week to see how things look, and if nothing has changed, I may have to start locking/deleting topics. Your friendly neighborhood mod, ~papersun _________________ My band, from dust. RaichuLatias Pokemon Master Joined: Wed Aug 04, 2004 4:50 pm Posts: 1205 Location: Southern Island	I don't want to argue or anything, I think the ho-oh or lugia and Favorite RBYGSC Legendary are slightly different. ho-oh or lugia is just whatever one you like more out of just them, the other is just all of legendaries. Though I think "Favorite Legendary" should be locked, since the other one (RBYGSC one) has all of them and more. _________________

Also, we've got a thread entitled "The Best Type!" and one entitled, "Favorite Pokemon Type?" or something along those lines, and the poll question on both of those is pretty much the same. And now that I think again about it maybe you should lock the "Ho-oh or Lugia" topic. Because other members might get the idea of starting, "Raikou, Entei or Suicune?" "Mew or Mewtwo?" "Articuno, Zapdos or Moltres?" "Regice, Registeel or Regirock?" "Groudon or Kyogre?" "Rayquaza or Mewtwo?" "Groudon, Kyogre or Rayquaza" "Mew, Celebi or Jirachi? "Jirachi or Deoxys?" (You get the idea.) Just to get an extra post to their count. I'll probably make a list of dupe topics and their locations later and edit it in. Everybody, if you are thinking of starting a poll, check this list first. If your topic is here, DON'T POST IT! And if you're not sure, PM a moderator and we'll let you know. As a general caveat for everyone to remember, don't post any "What is the best Pokemon out of these?" polls.
