Elesa and pretty much all of the other Gym Leaders names in BW. Seriously, Burgh's name contains the expression "urgh." So appropriate. At least Elesa is better than "Drayden" and "Brycen." |

And those are better than "Shauntal" and "Grimsley". I'd mention Alder too, but there are times when he's called Mr. Alder, so it might actually be his last name and I'll let it slide. |

Impromptu ranking of the English BW Gym Leader names in terms of awfulness: 11. Skyla 10. Clay 09. Lenora 08. Iris 07. Elesa 06. Cilan 05. Cress 04. Chili 03. Burgh 02. Brycen 01. Drayden #1-6 are not even names, I'm sorry. I could buy Elesa being a name but only if her parents were drunk and meant to name her Elena, Elisa, etc. |
