Moo.
So yeah, the Female Tauros as it is deemed. This girl can work in OU with a little support.
Pros:
+ Heal Bell
+ Milk Drink
+ Offensive Stats
+ Thick Fat + Nice Def.
+ Good Movepool
Cons:
- No Physical Resist ('cept Ghost)
- Soundproof (meh)
- No Natural Cure (Bliss has it)
It is a physical Blissey. Infact, this chick likes to beat up on the 3rd Hilton Sister all the time.
Miltank (F) @ Leftovers ** CurseCow
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 212 HP / 44 Def / 252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Curse
- Milk Drink
- Body Slam
- Shadow Ball
I use this set a lot. It is pretty effective if you can kill off the stronger special sweepers. Paired with Umbreon, this does well in OU.
Miltank (F) @ Leftovers ** NurseCow
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 212 HP / 96 Atk / 200 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Heal Bell
- Milk Drink
- Shadow Ball
- Body Slam
Blissey wishes it could abuse this set. Body Slam has STAB and Para-chance so no need for T-wave. Shadow Ball for Gengar. Milk Drink for recovery and Heal Bell for cleric-ness.
Miltank (F) @ Choice Band ** CBCow
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Focus Punch
- Return
- Rock Slide
Faster than Adamant Salamence. Rock Slide is a 2HKO on Salamence and with the flinch hax...yeah, that is yummy.
Miltank (F) @ Leftovers ** CounterCow
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP / 148 Atk / 108 Def
Lax Nature (+Def, -SDef)
- Counter
- Milk Drink
- Shadow Ball
- Body Slam
It has the HP and Defense to take a physical attack, so counter it back for some damage. Shadow Ball for Gengar.
Other Options: SubPunch, EndRev (o_0?), RestTalk.
Counters: Strong Special Sweepers that use types other than Ice and Fire, Skarm/Forrey/Metagross WALLS Miltank unless you outfit it with Thunderbolt and a good deal of Sp.Atk Evs.

Question: Why do you have Body Slam as an option when you could have Return/Frustration?
True that you have it when you use Miltank as a CBsweeper, but we're talking the difference between having 151 base damage for Return/Frustration and 127-128 base damage for Body Slam.
Also, if you are going to pair it with Umbreon in double battles, you might want to show a move set with Rollout. An Umbreon with Mean Look, Helping Hand, and Wish paired with a Miltank that knows Defense Curl and Rollout would quickly own many pokemon. I doubt even a steelix would last long against that.

But only thirty percent. That'd be one thing if you were paired with a pokemon that had Serene Grace, but alone I don't recommend. What if they have a Lum Berry or know Safeguard? If that's the case, then by the time you can successfully paralyze them, the fight could have been over if you used Return or Frustration instead.

: I never said anything about double battles. I DISPISE double battles..so you will NEVER see me making a 2v2 point unless it is blaringly obvious like Gyaramence or Groudon + Eggy.
30% happens a lot btw....Anyway, If you wanted to...use Return/Frusta. It doesn't bother me at all.

IMO Body Slam would be > Return, as Miltank doesn't aim to do completely massive amounts of damage, so you might as well get STAB AND para chance. Plus, since it's cool on Snorlax, it might be cool on teh cow too.
