Hold items like Charcoal are very bad, they only boost attacks by 10%, which is pretty much worthless, so try items like Brightpowder, Miracle Berry, etc. Swift's Power is low, Cut is horrible and Flame Wheel does low amount of damage and you already have Flamethrower

Hydro Pump has horrible PP and Fly gives your opponent a chance to switch to a pokemon that has a resistance to Flying (or even ) Replace Fly and Hydro Pump with Psychic and Earthquake, Surf, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam or Curse. Attach Leftovers or Miracle Berry

Frustration Careful with this, you need to keep it hating you, or it won't be as good.

Pretty good set but remember, keep it hating you or ditch frustration, you could put charm there, and crunch in front, but try to get a regular attack, maybe bite somewhere in there
