 I have a problem. I made an animation in photoshop, and I cant save it to photobucket! I know that it is because photobucket does not take psd, but i cant change the file typr. Someone please help me!

Try reopening the file (.psd one) and resave it as .GIF

The problem is that i cant change the file type. If i open it in paint, it wont have the animation! And when i save it in my ither photoshop program and upload it to photobucket, it doesent animate.

Wait, are you using "Save" or "Save for Web"? I'm not too sure if choosing Save works; I've been using Save for Web all this while and hadn't had any probs, so you might want to try that out. Anyway, this option optimizes the image for viewing on the web, so there's no reason not to use it

I already knew that, but photobucket doesent take the file type psd. I use photoshop
And if i use bmp, png or jpg, it doesent animate _________________ |

He needs help with photoshop, not Photobucket. Firstly, use Imageshack, not Photobucket. when i go to "Images only" it says that i must save as a png, not as gif! _________________ |

Which version of photoshop are you using?

10. - When you are satisfied with the animation, save the file. It is important to first save the file using the Photoshop format. The Photoshop format preserves all components of the button and allows you to make changes later if necessary. Once you have saved it as a PSD file, you can optimize the animation for the Web and save it in the GIF format, the format needed to display the animation on the Web.

I did exactly what you said and it dodnt work. It still only says that i can save in png.

Hmm. I dont have CS2 so I cant help you anymore.
