A Rock Slide and Protect can ruin that strategy easily, and Arty can't even learn Calm Mind.
I also have a slightly different version,
@ Leftovers
EVs - 252 Defense - 252 Special Defense and 6 in Speed.
Nature: + Defense - Special Attack/Attack
Toxic
Roar
Hail
Rest
The Idea of this one is to set up Toxic or Hail to damage the foe, Roar is to make the opponent switch if they send out a Poison or Ice Pokemon out and Rest is to stall. You could also throw in Snore for some fun.

Oooh . . . 00bers with wierd sets . . . seems like it would be very effective as a Staller/Annoyer. I'd order it up to be tested, but I haven't heard from Venumeleon in weeks.

Hey guys. How's the test list coming along?
I came upon this little brainstorm while looking up info on Rayquaza, seeing as I am raising one (not with this set, though)
Rayquaza @ Leftovers
252 Attack, 129 Defense, 129 Special Defense
Swagger
Psych Up
Thunder Wave
Extremespeed
Looks like a parafuser, right? Well, that's because it is. But, it has an added bonus. For your first opponent, stall the pokemon with Swaggers and paralysis, then Psych Up and sweep the rest away! Screwed against Ghost and to an extent Rock and Steel, but whoever said you had to stay out against them?

This went in the Rating Center also. It's kind of a mix between Satller and Annoyer.
 Leftovers Female? No can't be.
~Softboiled
~Toxic
~Attract
~Metronome
You could really tick some off with her. The Metronome is just added for an interesting battle.

Instead of having a healing blissey, maybe a kindof different one.
 @Lefties
~Calm Mind
~Psychic
~Counter
~Seismic Toss
I've forgotten about blissey over time. (Thanks for helping me remember Truestar!) First use Calm Mind so the opponent will be forced to use a decent EQ, and counter it. When they relise that's a bad idea, use psychic and seismic toss to whittle it down. Psychic has a 40% chance of lowering opponents special defense. Yay.

About Mr. Saturn's Rayquaza. I personally would recommend you use a different Pokemon you can't use 0bers in BattleTower and no one will fight against you in NetBattle. Here are some other suggestions are Banette or Stanler, both can learn Psych-Up/Swagger/ThunderWave and a good physical move.

Truestar's : Alot of pokemon can learn a recover move, toxic, attract and something else, to me it seems kinda standard for all pokes.
Though it could work.
WPM's : Wouldn't Refresh be better than Calm Mind? Nobody would try to use a Special Attack against a Blissey, stinks it can't learn Taunt though.

You can, however, use them in Colosseum, and the people I play against have no problems with using them in GB matches. Since when does a pokemon's use ingame or on an internet battle program affect its creativity?

Calm mind was also there to boost psychic's power. That's why it's there. ^^

Not bad, but we can't do any testing yet. Venumeleon seems to have vanished recently. We'll just have to wait for our trusted tester to return.

I'm gonna come up with a set right . . . NOW!
For a Kingler! Here it is (and this is completely off the top of my head):
Kingler @ Lefties/King's Rock
Ability: Shell Armor
Nature: Impish (-SpAtk, +Def)
EVs: 252 HP, 129 Defense, 129 Special Defense
~Attract
~Stomp
~Mud Shot
~Rest
w00t it sucks! But I was bored and wanted to try one. It's an annoyer. Attract 'em, lower their Speed, and make 'em Flinch.
Yep.

How about using the item that lowers the accuracy of your opponent? I forgot what it was... some incense or something?
Anyway, doesn't Mud Sport lowers the power of Electric attacks and not reduce accuracy or what?
Quite a cute moveset for a Kingler I must say. Sadly Rock, Steel and Ghost types would own you. [evil]{aggron} [/evil]

Actually, Rocks would get taken out by Mud Shot.
And yes, Mud Sport halves damage to the user from Electric Attacks. Any of your remember Kasiya? She went through great pains to breed Mud Sport onto her Milotic.
Mud Slap: Lowers Accuracy.
Mud Sport: Halves Electric damage.
Mud Shot: Lowers Speed.
Muddy Water: I don't even know; I've neither used it nor had anyone use it against me.

Nope, Mud Shot has a BA of 65, so STAB+2x=195 damage, Kingler's Attack and opponent's defense not considered.

Sorry, guys, but I think you misunderstand. The Rating Center can be found here, but this is for movesets that are deliberately non-standard and high-strategy.

Uh umbreon gas a strategy:
Mean Look then Toxic then Attract (can't escape poisoned badly may not attack) then Bite your way to victory!
Espeon is just for the heck of it.

Here's a Toxi-Staller-Annoyer-Roarer Dodrio (not all 4 combined, but you know what I mean)
Female l Calm (-Att. + Sp. D) for Sub and Roar, Adamant for D. Peck
Early Bird l Lefties or the berry that cures sleep, I forgot
~Attract
~Toxic
~Rest
~Substitute/Drill Peck/Roar
Evs, 252 HP, 129 Def., 129 Sp. Def
Attract and Toxic them, then Drill Peck away, then when the time is right, Rest! Or Attract and Toxic them, then Substitute and Rest! Also, same as first two, then Roar, then begin again.
Ta da!
I'm hoping this is good enough for the Hall-of-Fame! Test it please.
Peace Out!

Correction. This is an overused strategy. It's the standard set for an Umbreon actually.
