Dear Psypoke,

I was wondering if you can REALLY get a Celebi in pkmn silver, and anywhere I check, i cant find one in emerald, ( i never searched, but i was wonndering) In Silver, it says i have to get entei, raikou, and suicune, then trade in moltres, zapdos, and articuno, then go to some lady in viridian, and ill get a GS ball, i go to the ilex forest, then put the ball in the shrine, and a lv5 celebi pops out, i dont know if this is true, but im close because i have the 3 birds in my blue, and i need raikou in silver and thats it.....


P.S. I have a lv.83 lv81 lv. 82 lv78 and a lv77 , and a lv 78 is that good?
