Thrin spoke to Xel, "Then what do plan to do? We have stayed in one place for too long." He was getting restless, being on the verge of doing something and not did not bode well with him.

"Lead the way, Xel," said Sevear.

He rushed to Hiroki's side and whispered, "Do you think we have a chance of stopping Pan? It's us against an entire kingdom."

((My thoughts were scrambled so Aseren can't read them!))

I was trying my best to escape questions like the Sevear asked, but this time, I told him what I really thought. Without looking at him, my eyes forward, frowning, and my having having a very serious look, I said "Sorry Sevear, but we don't really have a choice. We are all the world has, and will ever have." I said, and walked away. I grabbed my things, and walked into the woods, Kinar and Growlithe trailing behind. I turned around. "Well, aren't you coming?" I asked, then continued ahead.

Sevear followed Hiroki into the woods.

I continued to walk, knowing Sevear was behind me. I regretted not being in his group, but I wanted to keep tabs on the new guy. I stopped after walking a distance. "Is no one else coming?" I asked Sevear without turning around.

"Not a clue. But seeing as Aseren is the only one who knows where the Pantrizers are located, i'm almost positive he is coming."

((Guys, it's not the Pantrizer, it's the Pantrizers!))

He looked out among the vast fields surrounding the mine. It reminded him of when he was 12... He used to play with Nin all day, without worry. But then his parentss died in a fire...
A tear swept over his face, he longed to see his family again...

After many more hours of running, Kasoti stopped in a village. Shadow and Darkness had lost their breath and fainted. He wanted revenge on Pan. Without thinking, he took the parcel and openned it. Inside, a map of Pan's kingdom, inluding the interior of Pan's palace. He grinned and put it back. This could help him get revenge. The rest of the Pantrizers would benefit from this. Once we are prepared, we could send an assault on Pan's kingdom. If we manage to get hundreds of men around Pan, he would be outmatched. He could not read all of our minds. If he blocked one, another wouls strike. But perhaps the man known as Xel may be the only one to stop him... thought Kasoti. But he saw shadows getting closer. Imperials! thought Kasoti alarmed. Quickly, he climbed on top a building. Shadow and Darkness had recovered and climbed folowed him. Kasoti waited patiently. He made out a lady and a man and some others. Without making a sound, Kasoti waited for them to draw closer.

Tom stopped. "Jolteon, Jolteon!" he said. Ditto understood and transformed into a Ledyba. Tom transformed into himself and said "We'll wait for Pan in his bedroom, no one goes in there I'd guess." Ditto nodded and said "Ledy, ledy ba, ledbaa!" Tom took a moment and said "How will we get in there? I will give the guards a quick notice of me, then run behind a tree then transform into an angry Pidgeeot and attack them, while you get in, open a window, and I'll fly in as soon as they run back to there post." Ditto looked, then transformed into a bunch of letters that said Why don't we just distract then run in? But Tom said, "This is funner, now come on." so Ditto (As a ledyba) followed Tom.

Guard A: Hey, isn't that the ninja leader?!
Guard B: We abondened him on a island, and lost a good number of troops to him to.
Tom: I know, but I didn't die!
Guard A and B: GET HIM!
Pidgeot: PID!
Guard A and B: Uh oh! *Get pecked hallf to death while the rest of the plan goes right*

Shlath was in a tree, watching his master and the other people below him. "I will go with my master and that Hiroki lady, I must try to stay out of sight so I can get rid of anyone who may try to ambush them." He thought. Then Shlath heard a rustle below and behind him, he saw a man with two Weavle open a package, smile and draw closer to the clearing. He sent a surge of fear to Thrin, the agreed message if Shlath saw any intuder, and sent a strong confuse ray to the two w
Weavle.

Thrin internaly smiled, this Hiroki was as impaicent as he was. Then suddenly he felt a stab of fear from his Gallade, he turned around towrwards the place that it seemed to be coming from and drew his sword and two Kunai from his belt. "Shlath saw something." He said in a harsh wisper to the others; then he ran towards the spot where an unframiliar head was emerging.

Thank you very much Kasoti, thought Pan as he entered in the underground tunnel leading to the mountain range side of the camp. Couldn't have done this without you.

Pan as his team approached the end of the tunnel, which had two guards. They do not notice us. Pan threw a barrage of needles at them, making their bodies a pin cushion. He leaped over the guards and turned right. Now there are 8 guards behind me, chasing me. Not for long.

He had just ducked out of the way of the entrance to the cave as a new barrage of needles struck his pursuers. His men had thrown them. They made it to the entrance and followed Pan. They headed for the tent with the crest of Hailon on it. It was the largest tent, but it was located in the middle of the camp. There were few people here, most had left to join the battle.

They worked their way slowly through the camp. Those fools he killed earlier did not even scream or give warning. He could hear everyone's thoughts in the camp.

The eight men at station B have left for some reason.

Look at those 2 guards over there!

We've been infiltrated!

Where are they?

Pan's men followed his hand signals, and they easily avoided the search parties by knowing where they came from through Pan's gift. If a group was about to turn to them, they would duck into an empty tent. If a lone person was going to give away their position once he saw them, they knew exactly how to strike him so that he would not utter a word again. Finally, after weaving in and out and doubling back several times, they reached the tent they wanted.

"Admiral Tret! We have to get you to safety right away! It is obvious they are coming for you!"

"And fall back away from where my men need me most? I will risk this new threat for the good of my men."

The assassination unit had one man land on the top of the tent they were in.

"Quiet... " said Admiral Tret as he pointed to the ceiling of the tent. Pan's other men surrounded the edges of the tent outside. Suddenly a kunai was thrown and pierced through the lanturns in the tent, destroying all sources of light. It was pitch dark in the tent. Suddenly, a rustling could be heard in the tent and shouts of agony could be heard as well as sounds so unpleasant they shall not be described. Then it fell quiet.

Admiral Tret lit a new lanturn and held his sword in his other hand. What he saw was devastating. 7 Imperial soldiers were dead throughout the room. His 12 guards inside were also dead, as well as 2 of the Generals. The third lay bleeding heavily in a corner. The Admiral himself had survived the onslaught because of that General taking a hit for him. The General's left arm was completely gone. He motioned for the Admiral to come closer so he could speak his last words. Admiral Tret came forth.

"Run... you cannot let your men see you die... I... say... this... as... my... d-d-dying... wish... P-p-p-please... ru-" His sentence was cut off by his eyes bulging. He then fell forward, revealing several Kunai which had just made their home in his back. A shadow could be seen at the entrance to the tent. Then Emperor Pan Tamaran stepped forth to show himself in all his false glory. "Good evening Admiral. Tonight seems like a good night to die, doesn't it?"

Admiral Tret had tears in his eyes and rage on his face. He spoke in a low tone,"You are a fool Tamaran. You will never escape this camp alone. We have reinforcements arriving here any second." "Spare your lectures Admiral, I see what you're thinking before it even leaves your big lips. I have a mission to accomplish." He reached and grabbed the hilt of his ancient sword.

Admiral Tret drew out his other sword. "You have weaknesses Pan. We all do." "If you are thinking of scrambling your thoughts... be my guest." Admiral Tret built up his hate and began swinging his swords in a whimsical dance of rage. He began berserking, swinging madly and without thought. Well... he did have one thought. Kill Tamaran.

Shadow and Darkness became dizzy form the confused. Imperials! I knew it! thought Kasoti. He charged off the roof, pulled out his kantana and ran towards Thrin. But before he could attack he noticed the lady. He reconized her, it was Hiroki. A fellow Pantrizer discribed her and told him that if you found Hiroki, Xel would be near. Kasoti halted. "Halt! I am not an imperial. what I am I cannot reveal. Is the man known as Xel here?" asked Kasoti, blocking Thrin's blow (if thrin was aimed at Kasoti, that is).

Thrin's first blow was blocked, he halted as he began to make a secound blow. "Xel, he knows the name. Either he is not an imperial or we are in more trouble than we thought." He backed up, still wary of the stranger he said. "You have a Gallade watching your back. No rapid movements." He waited for someone to ask his purpose, blood was pumping through his head too fast for any sort of civil conversation.

"He might be," said Aseren as he took a step and stopped a foot from the new man's face. He whispered to him so that only they could hear. "And don't worry, I'll keep your secret." He smiled. He knew the man was an agent of the Pantrizers. "I see you know of the predicament we are all in then."

((He might be what?))

"What prediciment Xel?" Thrin asked.

"Yes, and Pan is growing more dangerous by the minute. Hours ago, I was in the Kingdom of Hailon to deliver a parcel. But by bthe tme I entered Blood canyon, I saw Pan's army. They were preparing an assault on the Kingdom. I followed them to the camo where the admiral was. After attempting to finish of Pan before he knew I was there, he grabbed the Kunai out of the air and threw it back. He charged at me, but luckily he tripped and I made my escape. By know, the admiral is probably dead and the Kingdom is under his command, that is, if something still stands of the kingdom." said Kasoti. He showed Xel the map. "When I openned the parcel, I found the map of Pan's palace and Kingdom. The kingdom of Hailon must have wanted it so they could launch an assault at Pan." continued Kasoti. It won't be long before he discovers the location of the Pantrizers. said Kasoti in his mind.

((If that admiral kills Pan I'll kill him.

Emperor Pan drew his diamond katana. It radiated a glow from the crystal blade, lighting up the room slightly more. "You b******!" yelled the Admiral as he approached Pan, swinging furiously.

The fool. Pan exchanged the katana hands so that the blade was in his off-hand and reached into his belt pouches for some kunai. He threw them at the still swinging Admiral, who took the kunai in his chest, arm, and legs. He didn't slow down. S***. Pan barely ducked the first swing and rolled backwards to avoid the second. This man had no intention of surviving the encounter.

Pan thought quickly and switched katana hands while he jumped up to a standing position. As the Admiral gave charge again Pan sliced the nearest support beam to the tent. In an instant the tent fell apart on top of both the Admiral and the Emperor. Pan tore through the material and made his way to the moving lump that was the Admiral. The Admiral broke free of the tent cloth. A wooshing sound could be made.

Pan sheathed his sword and stared at the Admiral through wicked eyes. The Admiral's eyes were beginning to fog up from approaching death. How did he... thought the Admiral. His last thought, before he fell over dead.

Pan looked around to find a multitude of Hailon soldiers, ready for battle. They were all fueled by rage now at the sight of their Admiral dying in front of them. "All who oppose me suffer the same fate," said Pan with a smile still on his face. He read their minds, it gave him a severe headache, but he read each and every one of the remaining camp's soldiers. Adrenaline kept his headache enough at bay. He ran and drew the Admiral's sword and unsheathed his regular katana. Unknowing to the soldiers around him, he had latched a chain from his hand to his katana.

"Who wants to take my sword from me?" He was daring them. The fact that he had his team do most of the killing to this point meant that Pan still felt fresh for battle. He could not run, he could not hide, he could not escape. Pan Tamaran was surrounded. The remaining army ushered forth a warcry before breaking charge.
