I'll make this short. I would like a new avatar for Psypoke. It has to have a Sneasel in it, but that's the only limit. Other than that, go crazy. Just make sure they are appropriate and meet the limits for an avatar in size.

1st Place: 1000 Psybucks and the honor of his/her art sponsered by me.

2nd Place: 500 Psybucks and the honor of almost winning.

3rd Place: 250 Psybucks and a pat on the back.

Everyone else: 100 Psybucks.

Right now the end date is August 11th, but it is subject to change.

I'll be the judge, and I'll score each avatar on these categories:

Creativity
Apperance
Style

It'll be a 1-10 thing, with 10 being the higest, and .5's will be used. You can make up to 3 avatars, but they must all be on the same post. Label them (screenname) 1, (screenname) 2, etc.
